As we're sure you've all guessed, Plastic Free July is our favourite time of the year. It's chance for us to share all our Plastic Free knowledge and to hopefully inspire you all the make some simple swaps and changes. With that being said, we don't want anyone to feel overwhelmed, swamped or confused at the prospect of going plastic free. Which is why we thought what would be better than a simple plastic free blog, showcasing 5 simple swaps you can make that will have a big impact.
1. Refillable Water Bottle
If you haven't done this already then make this the first swap. There is no longer a need for those horrible plastic water bottles. Taking up space in our supermarket, filling up our landfills, littering our oceans. Not to mention the toxins that can seep into the water.
Refillable water bottles are quite possibly one of our favourite swaps and the one that can have a big impact.
If you think that ever plastic bottle of water you've even drunk could end up in landfill or wasting valuable energy being recycled. Now, think about being able to fill up your water bottle for years and years with zero waste! It's a game changer and as well as saving on waste it will actually save you money in the long run.
2. Refillable Soap
Go back to basics with soap and switch up your plastic bottle of soap for one that can be refilled time and time again!

4. Reusable Kitchen Roll
Simple swaps that can be reused again and again, that's what we love about Plastic Free July. It's not just about ditching the plastics. It's about swapping out items that are disposable and opting for products that can be reused time and time again.
