UK - DROPSHIP ITEMS
Some of our items are sent direct from our suppliers due to shipping weight - it saves on emissions from items coming to our warehouse and then out to you!
Note: Most of our dropship brands do dispatch the same day as the order is placed at Plastic Freedom but please be aware that dispatch times may vary from our suppliers. Orders placed before 2pm Mon - Fri will be sent off to our suppliers the same day. If you would like an eta please email info@plasticfreedom.co.uk. If you order a dropship item along with items from Plastic Freedom your postage will be combined as they are sent in two separate parcels.

Note: Due to Brexit unfortunately all international deliveries may be subject to custom & duties charges upon delivery. Please note you are responsible for any customs & duties charges that relate to your shipment if they apply. We are very sorry about this and we are currently looking in to a way we can prevent these charges in the future.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 14 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (exemptions listed below) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’ with its original packaging and tags with a valid receipt/delivery note.
Cosmetics are exempt from right to return if opened or sampled, due to the perishable and hygienic nature of the goods. We can't offer refunds or exchanges on perishable goods such as flowers and food, or sex toys unless faulty or not as described. If unsure whether you would like to keep the goods, please do not open and sample as this invalidates your right to refund.
How to process a return:
- Go to your online account and log in (you must use this link provided to head to the new online accounts page with the returns process activated)
- Select the order you would like to return
- Select the items you would like to return and the reasons for the return
- Click Send Return Request
- We will then email you to confirm with a returns label if accepted to send the items back to you (please see above for items not available for return)
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original transaction, cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions cab only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.
If the products you ordered are delivered to you in good condition but you wish to return them for any reason we will refund the full value of the goods excluding any carriage charge upon receipt of your returned goods.
