HOW TO USE
- Chew 1 tablet in your mouth and let it dissolve
- Brush as usual for 2 minutes
- Spit out and rinse well
- Store in a dry place for up to 12 months from opening
INGREDIENTS
Fluoride: The fluoride tabs contain 1450ppm fluoride. That's the same as regular toothpaste. Sorbitol, calclum carbonate, kaolin, sodium bicarbonate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, hydrated silica, maltodextrin, yeast extract, sodium monofluorophosphate, magnesium stearate, mentha arvensis leaf oil, menthol, stevioside, mentha piperita oil.

I have been looking for an alternative since I discovered tin foil is not as good an alternative as I had thought! It works as well as cling film and I can compost it!! It’s a win win

Great sponge for washing up. They don't disintegrate like the plastic foam ones and leaves bits of plastic on your washing up. I also cut mine in half after seeing a recommendation as they're quite big, meaning you get 4 sponges out of the 2 pack.

I bought two sizes , the one contains larger items - trousers, shirts, tops and the other smaller items, socks and underwear. On a long trip with a number of moves, these have beautifully organised my suitcase and the patterns are fun!
