Sea + Flo Reusable Menstrual Cup
If you've been on this journey with me for a while, you will know that I have sworn by menstrual cups for as long as I can remember, something my mum passed down to me! I've helped so many friends make the change to a cup and loved their reactions to just how amazing they are!
When Harriet and Hannah from Sea + Flo reached out (fellow friends from Newquay) who were on a mission to help others make the swap too, I knew good things we're going to happen! The Sea + Flo cup is a next level up from what I've been used to; the packaging is beautiful and with the colour of the cup being black, this was by FAR the best I've used, adn the cute storage bag means I will no longer lose my cup each month!
WHY THE SWITCH?
- The 'average person' will have around 500 periods in their lifetime. Which means there are approximately 17,000 tampons or pads, per person going to landfills, incinerators...or the sea.
- It's no secret that tampons contain lots of nasties and lots of us are now more conscious about what we're putting in and on our body and that shouldn't stop at period care.
- Are you buying tampons every month? Buy a cup once that will last you up to 10 years. That means your period is now only costing you £2.50 a year!

- SIZE A - Perfect if you're under 30 or haven't had a full term pregnancy
- SIZE B - Perfect if you're over 30 or have had a full term pregnancy

What’s not to love… it’s a fantastic size, looks really cool, and the satisfaction of not leaching microplastics into every piece of washing up is just the gift that keeps on giving. Highly recommend!!
