SOLIDU use plastic free and paper free packaging. Instead their packaging is made from charcoal, bamboo and starch meaning it can compost in your garden in 45 days! Not only that, the bamboo used in the packaging is from the offcuts from the production of bamboo chopsticks, so it's putting what would have gone to waste another use!

Bamboo is one of the most sustainable materials on earth, growing up to metre per day but the fact that SOLIDU wanted to take it one step further and use waste rather than virgin bamboo is amazing! To make this box, bamboo is processed together with natural starch and then dyed with charcoal without using synthetic dyes!
