HOW TO USE

• Mix 8g of powder (approx 2 tsp) with hot water into a paste and top up with 150 ml of hot or cold plant milk, water or simply add to a smoothie.

• Rich in prebiotic fibre to support digestive function and gut microbiome and an excellent source of protein for muscle tone and body conditioning.
