I ordered a refill pouch knowing in advance there would be a delay in it being sent out but when the compsny were unable to honour the promised dispatch date they made the offer of sending my pot back and the paid for the return postage. They returned it super fast, the pot was filled to the brim and they offered a discount code as an apology on a future order. To me, that is going above and beyond to correct an issue and they've got my loyalty now because of their conscientiousness. Thank you

Amazing product, above all amazing customer service
I have curly hair and this is so lovely, smells delicious and you only need a small pea sized blob so it goes far. I really struggle with shampoos and creams drying my hair so I am really pleased.
I love Dook soaps for a number of reasons; They are long lasting - longer than other soaps I've used, as long as you let the bar dry after use. Great for my gym bag or travel. They get you clean (obviously), but without drying your skin out, instead I have soft, smooth skin. And my favourite thing - the smell - so good. I thought the cedarwood was my favourite but this is even better.
Delighted with the service and the new bowl. Fits into the sink perfectly, easy to wipe clean, and less fearful about bacteria collecting under the rim. Win win.

First of all packing is great, completely discrete. I’ve purchased two toys from NLC. One of them complete disaster doesn’t work for me at all but Yarrow is amazing. I was a bit worried about the noise when I read reviews but it’s not as bad as I expected. Makes me come every time.
Wowsers! I spent a long time looking at different wands and I'm so glad that I chose the Angelica. I had low expectations as I haven't bought a **** toy since I was super disappointed by the rampant rabbit back in the early noughties - but my word... Things have moved on! 🤣 I need a lot of pressure and this is perfect. I have to admit, I stick with the constant vibrate mode on the highest intensity and don't bother with the many other options but that's what works for me. You can press pretty firmly with it and the long handle (it is huge) means that the vibration goes where it should, rather than into your hand. And it's perfect for partner play too ❤️ The material feels really nice and the size of the head is perfect - it covers lots of the pleasure zone but can be moved around too. Love it!
