They are great, I took some ice cream and honey comb to the park not expecting much. In a glass tub with lid, 2 ice packs and stayed good for 3 hours not tested it with ice cream longer yet but will do.

I decided to clean up my skin care and after a couple of years using a traditional retinol so decided to switch to a bio-retinol and have found this one really good, makes my skin feel hydrated and the texture smoother. It's also cheaper than a lot of other bio-retinols on the market
