Description

Are you ready for something I have NEVER seen before... the first ever compostable sheet face mask - including the packaging!!

I can't tell you how many of these masks I see every day on social media and it pains me to think of all the waste created from both the mask and packaging so I couldn't quite believe it when I found these from BEAUTYPRO!

The sheet mask uses their NEW 100% Biodegradable Packaging. Once opened. these eco pouches begin to biodegrade immediately, with no trace of microplastics in the soil or sea! This environmentally friendly compostable material can be disposed of in general waste, recycling bins and home composts - it will break down in all environments! My top tip is to cut these into smaller pieces for the breakdown to happen easier!

The sheet mask itself is constructed with bamboo fibres, which not only minimises skin sensitivity but also makes the mask compostable!

Super Hydrating Travel Sheet Mask

Get perfect holiday skin with our SUPER HYDRATING Hyaluronic Acid Travel Face Sheet Mask. We all know that flying can cause the skin to dry out, so if you’re soon to jet off, opt for this mask for glowing skin that’ll be the talk of the departure lounge.

This plant based formula uses floral ingredients to provide a moisturising and replenishing 15 minute treatment that will keep your skin smooth and supple. By the time you touch down, your skin will shine with nourishment!

  • Low humidity in cabin causes skin dehydration and dryness - The mask utilises Hyaluronic Acid molecules to bind to water and draw it into the skin. HA is able to hold up to 1000 times its molecular weight in water so is a great way to lock moisture into the skin. It is also a humectant so it will continue to draw in and hold onto moisture once it is collected, to provide lasting hydration.
  • This will give the skin a boost of hydrating mid flight and enhance it’s ability to retain moisture throughout the rest of the flight.
  • Flying causes blood oxygen levels to drop - Oxygen is crucial for cell renewal - when cell turnover slows, it manifests a dull, tired complexion
  • Hyaluronic Acid promotes cell regeneration which leads to a more vibrant complexion. Once your skin is hydrated, it will be much more efficient at renewal, anti-ageing and improving the skin’s texture.
  • Dehydration can cause dark circles under your eyes - Flying long haul? Early morning flight? The tiredness from air travel can really exacerbate those tired under eye circles. This is caused when tired skin becomes duller and more pale, and dark tissue and blood vessels beneath the skin can begin to show.
  • A refreshing sheet mask can help to reduce swelling and shrink dilated blood vessels which can help to lessen the appearance of puffiness and dark circles.
