Love the bag. It's the perfect size, fits loads and the colour is great (lemongrass). I had an issue with the order delivery and Beth was really responsive and helpful in getting it sorted - would definitely buy from Plastic Freedom again based on customer service alone!

Baggu bags are so well made. This is the second one I have. First one was a gift and I purchased a second five years later because I am amazed at how well it has held up to constant use. I like the horizontal design a lot. Looks cool and is easier to find things.
