In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 14 days of the delivery date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (exemptions listed below) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’ with its original packaging and tags with a valid receipt/delivery note.

Cosmetics are exempt from right to return if opened or sampled, due to the perishable and hygienic nature of the goods. We can't offer refunds or exchanges on perishable goods such as flowers and food and we do not offer returns on sex toys due to hygiene reasons.

If unsure whether you would like to keep any goods, please do not open and sample as this invalidates your right to refund.

How to process a return:

1. Go to your online account and log in (you must use this link provided to head to the new online accounts page with the returns process activated)
2. Select the order you would like to return
3. Select the items you would like to return and the reasons for the return
4. Click Send Return Request
5. We will then email you to confirm with a returns label if accepted to send the items back to us (please see above for items not available for return)
6. Please note if you use our returns label to return the item back to ourselves we will charge a £4.00 return postage free and deduct this from your refund. This will be wavered if you received a wrong/fault item.
7. Please note we charge a 1% restocking fee for any returns. This will be wavered if you received a wrong/fault item.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original transaction, cheque payments will be refunded in cash but due to banking restrictions cab only be refunded at least 14 days after the original purchase date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

Refunds will be made for faulty or incorrect items returned within 14 working days, including any delivery charges incurred by the buyer (excluding 'Special Delivery') in the return of the item.

If the products you ordered are delivered to you in good condition but you wish to return them for any reason we will refund the full value of the goods excluding any carriage charge upon receipt of your returned goods.

Due to a change of laws in the EU, only certain brands can be shipped to the EU. Please select your country in the footer and a reduced range of items will appear for you.

Most of our products are completely plastic-free. However, some products are made from recycled plastic, and these are always clearly marked in the product name so you can make an informed choice.

I believe that reducing plastic pollution requires two approaches: preventing new plastic from being produced wherever possible, and finding valuable uses for the plastic that already exists. By turning waste plastic into durable new products, we help give existing materials a second life and support the development of a circular economy where plastic is reused rather than discarded.

My priority is always to avoid virgin plastic. When I do stock products made from recycled plastic, it's because I believe keeping existing plastic in use is often a better environmental outcome than sending it to landfill, incineration, or allowing it to become pollution. I clearly label these products so you can choose the option that aligns with your values.

This approach helps us work towards a future with less plastic waste while making sure the plastic already on our planet remains a valuable resource rather than rubbish!

All of the products we stock are cruelty-free, meaning they and their ingredients have not been tested on animals.

The vast majority of our products are also vegan, and we clearly label any products that are not. We actively choose to stock mostly vegan products because we believe it's one of the simplest ways people can help reduce animal suffering through everyday purchases.

For us, sustainability isn't just about reducing plastic waste—it's also about making kinder choices where possible. Something as routine as moisturising your face, brushing your teeth, or washing your hair shouldn't have to come at the expense of an animal's wellbeing.

We know everyone is on their own journey, so we focus on making ethical choices easy and accessible. That's why we clearly label all products, allowing you to shop with confidence and choose the options that align with your values.
