I had ordered a baggu bag which unfortunately had sold out so quick, however I was contacted straight away and given multiple different options which was just so helpful! I chose another item, it arrived quickly and in great plastic free condition! Absolutely love the expertise have had, and have already put friends and family onto plastic freedom!

Starting out my self-employed life and I get a little dopamine hit every time I take out my laptop. I love the colours and cat design, and the padding and machine-washable nylon protects my key tool for my business. I have a 14" laptop and it fits snuggly but securely in the 13" sleeve - the velcro closing doesn't fully line up but is about 75% so secure enough, and you don't see the remaining 25% once it's closed.
I've bought a few Baggu bags and they never let me down in terms of their toughness and bright colours (I bought the malachite one, which is lovely. So much better than a plastic bag.
