Durable and super comfortable textiles for use directly against the skin, these resistance bands from Movewell are made from recycled material and certified as Oeko-texⓇ ‘Made in Green’ standard, they are possibly the most environmentally friendly mini-bands in the world!
For warm ups, active recovery, rehab and conditioning sessions anywhere. Our 'High' resistance activation bands provides a good resistance for lower body training and rehab or for lower repetition upper body work.

- Start with a low resistance band and focus on exercise technique
- Progress resistance and reps
- Focus on calm consistent breathing
