                WHY I LOVE COCONUT BOWLS

I really believe that nothing we use should last on this planet for longer than we get to be passengers on this beautiful Earth. Think about how many belongings one person has and now think about all the people in the world, it's mind-blowing right!

I love the thought that these coconut bowls can go straight in your compost heap when they've reached the end of their life, and it gives back to the Earth!

Not only that, but these coconut bowls are made from reclaimed coconuts that people threw away! So you've given that coconut another life before it can go back into the circle of life! Awesome right!

Of the billions of coconuts harvested each year for the coconut oil, water and flesh industries, 99% of their shells are discarded and burned as waste. We're up-cycling these shells into beautiful eco-friendly bowls made from real coconuts. With billions of plastic containers also ending up as landfill every year, it’s important that society begins to reject plastic solutions in favour of plant-based alternatives.

                                  About Zero Waste Club

"Feeling frustrated and let-down by the extent of the damage we have done to our environment, two friends - Rishi and Pawan - went in search of answers. While the markets are changing slowly, they noticed that many products that are eco-friendly are given a luxury label. They also found that many products sold under the “eco” label tend to stretch the definition of sustainability. Thus they decided to start their own journey to produce truly sustainable, beautifully designed, ethical and vegan essentials at affordable prices.

                                  And here we are!

We want to do more than just make beautiful eco-friendly products. So we are going to make the most transparent, ethical, sustainable goods company on earth. Opening up our supply chain fully for everyone to see. To show that there is a nicer way to do business. Hopefully this will inspire other businesses to do the same."
